Apperantly you are supose to eat four vitamin packed cookies a day. Replacing breakfast and lunch and have two for snacks and a sensible dinner. Has anyone tried this? If so did it work and where can I get them in colorado?

    I bought the Hollywood Cookie Diet at my local Rite Aid store and lost 3 pounds in 8 days. It’s the easiest diet I ever did. I have the box in front of me and see that they also have an website

    The Cookie Diet that has gathered so much media attention (Good Morning America, Woman’s World, Health, CNN, etc.) is actually not new. It was created in 1975 by a Miami physician named Dr. Sanford Siegal. If you do a Yahoo search for “cookie diet” you see Dr. Siegal mentioned all over the place. Yesterday he announced that the Cookie Diet will be available soon at thousands of drug stores. Here is the press release he put out:
